IFS among the Best Places to Work in Peru in 2026
The companies that make up Intercorp Financial Services (IFS) were recognized among the best places to work in the country, according to the Great Place to Work Perú 2026 ranking.
In the category of more than 1,000 employees, Interbank ranked #1 and Interseguro ranked #8. In the category of 251 to 1,000 employees, Izipay ranked #5, while Inteligo ranked #6.
This recognition reflects IFS’s ongoing commitment to building strong, people-centered workplace cultures across its businesses.
The Great Place to Work ranking is based on two complementary evaluations:
Trust Index
An anonymous employee survey measuring perceptions through 60 statements related to trust, credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
Culture Audit
An assessment of organizational policies and practices—both qualitative and quantitative—that shows how companies integrate their people, develop talent, and strengthen culture.
For IFS, fostering outstanding work environments is essential not only to attract and develop talent, but also to continue supporting Peruvians in their financial well-being.
Interbank: Strengthening Culture Through Inclusion and Growth
At Interbank, culture is built on the diversity of experiences each person brings. Initiatives such as “INFamily” broaden the traditional concept of family, recognizing different dynamics and structures. This inclusive perspective inspires programs that promote a healthier balance between personal and professional life.
Meanwhile, “Talent Day” creates opportunities to learn, connect, and explore new career paths. Through expert-led sessions, engagements with universities, and direct interaction with leaders, employees are encouraged to nurture curiosity, continuous learning, and professional growth within the organization.
Interseguro: Leadership and Talent Development
At Interseguro, talent development is approached with a conscious and collaborative mindset. The 2025 Talent Summit brought together leaders from across the company for three days of reflection and co-creation, reinforcing the “InPulso” culture and aligning leadership around people-centered practices.
Additionally, the “Agentes X” onboarding program provides intensive, practical, and cultural training to the sales force from day one. The program builds clarity, confidence, and a sense of belonging—helping reduce turnover and strengthen a team aligned with the company’s purpose.
Izipay: A Strong Commitment to Well-being
Izipay promotes a culture grounded in closeness, trust, and everyday support. Its leadership model emphasizes consistent communication, feedback, and alignment across teams.
Employee well-being is a strategic priority. Through comprehensive programs addressing physical, mental, professional, and social well-being, Izipay supports employees and their families while fostering safe, inclusive environments that strengthen pride and commitment.
Inteligo: Cohesion and Sustainability
At Inteligo, culture is understood as a shared space for purpose and growth. The “Culture Connects” initiative unified the organization under a single identity, aligning values and behaviors to promote cohesion, belonging, and collaboration.
Inteligo also advances its sustainability strategy, “Sustainable Inteligo,” built around three pillars: Social, Governance, and Environment. This strategy integrates initiatives that create impact both inside and outside the organization, inspiring employees to link their personal purpose with meaningful contributions to society and the environment.
