Felipe Federico Roy Morris Guerinoni

Mr. Morris has served as one of IFS’ directors since 2007. Mr. Morris also serves as Chairman of Interseguro Compañía de Seguros S.A. and Financiera Oh! S.A., as Vice-Chairman of Interbank and as director of Intercorp Peru Ltd. and Inteligo Bank Ltd.

Mr. Morris’ practical experience in the financial industry includes, among others, his roles as Vice President of finance planning and international areas at Interbank, and CEO of Interinvest S.A. (investment banking and related activities). Mr. Morris has also been professor of several finance courses in graduate programs at Universidad del Pacífico and has been consultant on capital markets development and financial matters to various financial companies, international organizations and governments.

Mr. Morris received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, a master’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in finance from American University.

Juan Carlos Vallejo Blanco

Mr. Vallejo has served as one of Interseguro’s directors since 2012. In addition, Mr. Vallejo is Chief Executive Officer of InRetail Peru Corp., and serves as director of Supermercados Peruanos, Makro Supermayorista, InRetail Pharma, Tiendas Peruanas, Homecenters Peruanos, Quicorp, Colegios Peruanos S.A., Financiera OH! S.A. and Inmobiliaria Milenia S.A. Mr. Vallejo served as Chief Executive Officer of Interseguro from 1998 until 2012. Mr. Vallejo received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad de Chile and a master’s degree in business administration from INCAE Business School in Costa Rica.

Luis Felipe Castellanos López-Torres

Mr. Castellanos has served as IFS’ Chief Executive Officer since April 2013 and as Interbank’s Chief Executive Officer since January 2011. Mr. Castellanos is also one of Interseguro’s directors since his appointment in April 2019. Mr. Castellanos joined Interbank in 2006 as the Chief Executive Officer of Interfondos. He has served as Interbank’s Vice President for Retail Banking and Manager of the Mortgage and Real Estate Division. Previously, he was a Director in the investment banking division at Citigroup Global Markets in New York. Before joining Citigroup, Mr. Castellanos was responsible for the treasury department at Minera Yanacocha S.A. Mr. Castellanos received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidad del Pacífico and a master’s degree in business administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Ramón José Vicente Barúa Alzamora

Mr. Barúa has served as one of Interbank’s directors since 1994. In addition, Mr. Barúa serves as a director of InRetail Pharma, Supermercados Peruanos, Tiendas Peruanas, Homecenters Peruanos, Real Plaza, Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, Financiera OH!, Inteligo Group and Interseguro. He has also served as director of IFS and Intercorp Perú, and until 2019, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Intercorp Perú. Mr. Barúa received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería in Lima and a degree in economics from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.

Carlos Tomás Rodríguez-Pastor Persivale

Mr. Rodríguez-Pastor has served as IFS’ Chairman since 2007. He also serves as Interbank’s Chairman since 1995 and as Chairman of Intercorp Peru Ltd., Inteligo Group Corp., Interseguro Compañía de Seguros S.A., Supermercados Peruanos S.A., Tiendas Peruanas S.A., Homecenters Peruanos S.A., Colegios Peruanos S.A., InRetail Peru Corp., Financiera OH! S.A. and Universidad Tecnológica del Perú S.A., among others.

In addition to Mr. Rodríguez-Pastor’s vast experience as member of several Boards of Directors in Peruvian and foreign companies, among other practical experience in the financial sector, he has served as Vice-President of Citibank (New York), Managing Director at Banco Santander (New York) and interim Chief Executive Officer of Interbank.

Mr. Rodríguez-Pastor received a bachelor’s degree in social science from the University of California at Berkeley and a master’s degree in business administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Fernando Martín Zavala Lombardi

Mr. Zavala has been a IFS director since April 2019. Mr. Zavala also serves as CEO, President and director of Intercorp Peru Ltd. (holding company of Intercorp Group) as well as director of Interbank, Interseguro Compañía de Seguros S.A., Inteligo Bank Ltd., InRetail Peru Corp., Inteligo Group Corp., InRetail Pharma S.A., Universidad Tecnológica del Perú S.A., Colegios Peruanos S.A., Tiendas Peruanas S.A., Supermercados Peruanos S.A., Financiera OH! S.A., Internacional de Títulos Sociedad Titulizadora S.A. and Homecenters Peruanos S.A., among others. Before joining Intercorp Group, Mr. Zavala served as CEO of the multinational company SABmiller in Panama and Peru, General Manager of Indecopi and director of several companies, business guilds and NGOs as well.

During his more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sector (in several industries), he has been Peruvian Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance of Peru, the latest twice. Mr. Zavala has presided the Risks Management Committee of Banco Falabella and has been a professor of economics and finance at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Universidad del Pacífico.

Mr. Zavala received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, a master’s degree in business management from Universidad de Piura, and a master’s in business administration from University of Birmingham in England.

Carlos Octavio Saco-Vértiz Tudela

Mr. Saco-Vértiz has served as an alternate director of Interseguro’s since 2004. Mr. Saco-Vértiz has also served as a director of Financiera OH! S.A., Tiendas Peruanas S.A., Supermercados Peruanos S.A. and Homecenters Peruanos S.A. In addition, Mr. Saco-Vértiz is a Senior Partner at BBGS Saco-Vértiz & Landerer law firm. Mr. Saco-Vértiz received a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and graduated from the Senior Management Program (PAD) of the Universidad de Piura.

Guillermo Martínez Barros

Mr. Martínez has served as one of IFS’s directors since 2019. He has also served as a director of Interseguro Compañía de Seguros S.A. since 2008. Mr. Martínez serves as director of Financiera OH! S.A., Isapre Consalud in Chile, PrimAmérica Consultores S.A. in Chile and is a member of the Direction Committee of Centros de Salud Peruanos S.A.C. Mr. Martínez is also the chairman and owner of Inmobiliaria e Inversiones Siete Mares S.A. and the chairman of Scan S.A. and Ebench S.A. in Chile.

Mr. Martínez’s practical experience in the financial industry includes having been Head of the Studies Division at the Chilean Superintendency of Securities and Insurance (today, Financial Market Commission, Chile); CEO of the largest insurance company in Chile “Consorcio Nacional Seguros de Vida” (Chile); and Managing Partner of PrimAmérica Consultores, a consulting company on financial, insurance and pension funds matters in Chile and abroad. He has also been Project Manager in various consulting studies on financial, insurance and pension funds matters, to financial, insurance and pension funds companies, unions as well as Ministries and other governmental organisms in Chile and abroad.

Mr. Martínez has been professor of Finance at Universidad de los Andes and Universidad Gabriela Mistral (MBA Program); and professor of Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Santiago.

Mr. Martínez received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago and a master’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics.

Raúl Alberto Francisco Musso Vento

Mr. Musso has served as one of Interseguro’s directors since 2000 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Industrias Electro Químicas S.A. Mr. Musso served as a director of Urbi Mercados S.A. from 1999 to 2000, as the General Manager of LP Holding S.A. from 1998-1999 and as the Vice-President of Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Musso received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
