Intergroup requests authorization to start a pension fund administration company
Intergroup Financial Services Corp. (“Intergroup”), holding company of the financial division of Grupo IFH Peru Ltd., announced today that on September 25, its Board agreed to request from the Banking, Insurance and Pension Fund Superintendency an authorization to organize a new pension fund administration company (an “Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones”). The request was presented today.
The project of incorporating a new pension fund administration company is considered by Intergroup as an opportunity to contribute to the development of the Private Pension Fund System in Peru and to market an alternative, modern and innovative offering in terms of efficiency and service for all affiliates to the Private Pension System.
