IFS announces name change

Lima, Peru, June 12, 2012 – Intergroup Financial Services Corp. (“IFS” or “the Company”) (Bolsa de Valores de Lima: IFS) announced that at the Company’s General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held June 8, 2012, shareholders approved a change to the Company’s name from Intergroup Financial Services Corp. to Intercorp Financial Services Inc.
