IFS announces management change
Lima, Perú, March 26, 2010. Intergroup Financial Services Corp. (“IFS” or “the Company”) (Bolsa de Valores de Lima: IFS) announced today that Mr. Ernesto Gonzalez Quattrini, Investor Relations Officer, has left the company to pursue other professional opportunities. In the interim, Ms. Maia Valentino will assume all IR functions, reporting directly to the Finance Vice-President. Mr. Gonzalez served as IFS’s Investor Relations Officer, in addition to Head of Corporate Affairs for Interbank, since April 2007. The Company would like to express its appreciation for Mr. Gonzalez’s effort, time and dedication throughout his tenure at IFS.
