IFS and its subsidiaries are committed to having transparent dividend policies.

Intercorp Financial Services Inc.

IFS´s dividend policy for the year 2023 consists of distributing to shareholders at least twenty per cent (20%) of any profit earned for the year in question, to be distributed in one or more opportunities, as long as the decision to distribute dividends does not affect the legal and/or equity requirements of the company and/or its subsidiaries, and the economic-financial conditions allow it.

Banco Internacional del Peru

Interbank´s dividend policy consists of distributing to shareholders at least twenty per cent (20%) of any profit earned for the year in question, under certain conditions.

Interseguro, Compañía de Seguros S.A.

Interseguro’s dividend policy consists of distributing to shareholders at least thirty per cent (30%) of any profit earned for the year in question, under certain conditions.

Inteligo Group

Inteligo Group’s dividend policy consists of distributing to shareholders up to seventy per cent (70%) of any profit earned for the year in question, under certain conditions.
