Banco del Trabajo’s board accepts Interbank’s bid for the acquisition of a US$57.4mm mortgage loan portfolio
On July 20, 2007, the Board of Directos of Banco del Trabajo agreed to accept Interbank’s offer for the acquisition of Banco del Trabajo’s mortgage loan portfolio. This portfolio is entierly comprised of loans granter according to the Mi Vivienda program sponsored by the Peruvian Government.
As of May 30, 2007, the outstanding balance of Banco del Trabajo’s mortgage loan portfolio was equivalent to US$57,400,000, distributed among 3,050 clients.
